Recent St. Louis Pirates Perry News
Coach Perry wanted me to pass along the following messages:
1. Mardi Gras fundraiser is Feb.18th. Clear your schedule to be there all day, 800AM to close. The money we raise will go directly to buying your players uniforms. Need a strong commitment on this. I know it is a lot of work but also a lot of fun. Please feel free to invite anyone you want to assist us in bar-tending on this day.
2. Make sure you get sized for uniforms ASAP. They have uniforms at the Sandlot so coordinate this with Mariliene at The Sandlot.
3. Schedule is still not finalized but we do know that we will have two big trips, Atlanta GA. and Jupiter FLA. Dates will be coming very soon. We are playing the same scheduled as the other 17u Pirate team.
4. Looks like we will have few weekends in St Louis.
5. If you want to add email addresses to this list, you need to add them when you logon to Pirates Site
Jim Wood addition: More information should be coming soon on this World Scout League thing. The Pirates site has some info and you can also find out some info through a Google search.
